Website operation and enquiries
Hosting and security providers (Unixstorm and Cloudflare) may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect this website, based on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Email links open your mail application; the website does not send a message on your behalf. Correspondence is used to answer enquiries and take steps towards a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or handle other correspondence and protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)).
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 (G-58H5XEE6VP) loads only with consent (Article 6(1)(a)). It measures visits, pages and interactions, including contact clicks. A contact click is not a submitted enquiry. Google may process cookie identifiers and device/browser information. Our events do not include correspondence or the visitor’s email address. Page query strings and URL fragments are omitted from the measurement configuration. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled in the code. Refusing analytics does not restrict website access.
Cookies and browser storage
localStorage stores blade-consent-v1: your analytics choice, policy version and decision time. The choice lasts 180 days, then we ask again. After consent, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_58H5XEE6VP cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Our code limits their lifetime to 180 days without automatic renewal. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal disables analytics, deletes accessible _ga cookies and reloads the page. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your choice may not persist if browser storage is blocked.
Recipients and external services
Data may be processed by hosting and email providers, Cloudflare and, with consent, Google Ireland Limited and Google entities. Fonts are hosted on our server; loading them does not require a connection to Google Fonts. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies. Transfers outside the EEA may rely on applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details: Google and Cloudflare.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the matter, fulfil contracts and legal obligations, and protect legal claims. Technical data is retained for security purposes under provider retention practices. GA4 event retention is a separate property setting, not the cookie lifetime; contact us for the current period. Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or your competent authority. We do not use analytics to make decisions with legal effects on you. Contact [email protected].
